Concerned about reports of acai berry cleanse scams circulating the internet, a scientific laboratory decided to do some acai berry trial testing of its own in order to form its own, more informed opinion on the product.

Specifically, the company tested for acai berry cleanse side effects. The side effects most commonly reported in users of health supplements, weight loss supplements, and colon cleanse supplements come from the presence of heavy metals and pesticides containing chlorine, along with caffeine and “undeclared stimulants”. So they tested six differe acai berry colon cleanses for those elements.

None contained heavy metals or chlorine-containing pesticides. The only things they noted were that some contained caffeine, though all announced that on the label, and that users of acai berry colon cleanse supplements with laxatives in them should be aware of that fact and prepared for its potential potency.

All in all, that sounds like a pretty good and qualified reports on the lack of anything but positive acai berry cleanse side effects.
